super easy 樱桃/梅子酒

【材料】：梅子/樱桃 1500克、 rum 2500毫升、水果酒密封提罐1个



【做法】：新鲜、完好、成熟的水果


1.将梅子/樱桃仔细清洗干净，并擦干水份备用。

2.用竹签一一把果蒂挑除，放入水果酒密封提中，倒入rum，把盖子盖紧，(keep in dark cool place )约3个月后即可饮用。

* Rum is sweet, unless you want the wine to be very sweet, there is no need to add extra sugar.

* You may take the fruits out and reserve them for cooking/jam making.
