I had exactly same experience as you three years ago. The same guy, same location. He said he is a computer professor and lost his wallet. He begged me to borrow him $40 for a train ticket to go back to Pennsylvania. His appareance made me feel that he was telling me the truth. Now more than three years passed, i never got my $40 back. I think this guy is practicing fraud and he should be arrested by the Police.
