Houston EZ Tag急问，谢谢！

各位，我刚换了一辆车，旧车有EZ Tag 牌，昨天下大雨，走了8号 Toll Way， 后来才想起来，新车还没装EZ Tag 牌，这下肯定要罚钱了。有没有什么办法可以Waive掉Penalty？不知会罚多少。请各位帮忙出出主意，非常感谢！
