姜蒜蒸虾

在下初到贵境,前辈们多多指正

姜蒜蒸虾

材料：姜 蒜 葱 辣椒 虾 鼓油 糖 鸡精

做法：虾开背洗干净，轻拍，摆好盘中；姜 蒜 葱 切茸，用适量的清油拌好，取1/2铺在虾背上，另1/2用油爆香+鼓油 糖 鸡精 清水，待用；烧水开，虾上笼蒸2-3分钟，食用时浇上适量的味料。。。。完成。
