请求帮忙：红酒牛筋

前几天在WXC首页博客贴中看到一个红酒炖（煲）牛筋的帖子，是用砂锅在烤箱里烤。当时觉得挺简单，就买了牛筋准备学着做。但是现在却找不到那个帖子了。在私房上也没搜到。哪位好心人能帮忙指点下迷津撒？多谢！
