用新潮锅煮煲仔飯和蝦皮粉絲煮娃娃菜

介紹大家買这锅,我覺得是很好的投资,买3个日本陶锅=一個le creuset陶锅不小心用就會裂,這個可以用life time. 直呀!!



今天吃的菜飯材料: 雞 腊肉 腊長 / 娃娃菜 蝦皮 粉絲







可以煮3杯米,(我煮了兩杯)



把米洗干淨,放小小鹽和油攪勻.



下滾水攪勻.



把雞炒至半熟.



米飯煮至水快干.



把雞 腊肉 腊長放在飯上面.



蓋蓋子轉小火焗大的半小時.





開吃,香噴噴.



看看些飯,粒粒都好像蝦仔.



飯焦



用水把飯焦煮開.



锅底沒有烧焦.



看看日本的陶锅,煮一次煲仔飯锅底就焦了.



這锅底沒有燒焦.



圓底的,就像飯锅.




蝦皮,粉絲煮娃娃菜




把薑,蝦皮,用油炒香.



下娃娃菜,粉絲,水,蓋蓋子煮15分鍾.



下鹽調味即成.
