謝謝~~~~~~~~ "老恐龙" 的贵州糟辣椒做法

我用的材料是: 10安士新鮮辣椒 1安士子薑 蒜頭1安士 1安士鹽

把全部材料洗干淨,拿出后院吹干.



干了之后把綠色的茎拿掉.



先把子薑和蒜頭用攪拌器打碎.





把辣椒放下打碎,加鹽再打碎即成





成品,放在雪箱可保持1年.



又做了淡鳥的紅油.
