紧急求教各位大师，龙虾怎么处理，怎么做好吃？

做之前要怎么处理？就这么菜刀剁剁，扔锅里烧吗？
龙虾不是很大，想做汤，或者龙虾粥什么的好吗？
难做吗？俺是厨房一级笨的。
老看四方烧得红红火火的龙虾，馋得我要死，正巧今天偶尔看见有卖的，就买来了，根本就只不到怎么下手。龙虾现在冰箱里呢？要冷冻吗？
