自制月饼模子

自制月饼模子

几乎所有月饼模子都是一块木头刻出来的，这种工艺对俺这种业余选手来说难度大了点。
根据现有条件，俺采用两件法，把表面的图案跟月饼体模型分别制作。

月饼表面图案取自互联网，经改动适合需要，把标记加上，打印出来备用；

左一图案经作者同意取自文子的国画[晴香]，特此鸣谢！

把修改好的图案打到塑料膜上，趁未干时转到木料上，然后用笔描出图案轮廓；


用手术刀和雕刻钻刻好月饼表面图案，


然后用橡皮泥对照检查，经反复修改后，月饼面图案就算完成了；








裁出另外一块大小厚度合适的木头，用橡皮泥印上图案的边界位置，


用圆头切削钻头打一圈孔，留1mm不要打透；


用曲线锯把中心部分锯掉，


再用小砂轮把棱角磨光滑，把边修整齐，月饼体形状模子就算做好了；

把两块木料对齐，用胶粘合后压紧24小时，再用螺丝在背面固定，


洗刷干净就可以使用了。
