炸莲盒的一句tip: 其实，真的不用切成两片相连的。

代代相传，我妈妈也是两片之间不切断。

但我发现，两个不相连的片，更容易， 一片上涂上肉馅，另一片一盖，就齐活了。

馅子本身是粘的，不会脱开的，粘上面糊更不会脱开了。

省时间，而且藕片可以切得很薄。
