点心和汤羹：菜肉锅贴+ 西湖牛肉羹

自从学会了用不锈钢锅子煎东西后，俺又做了这锅贴。



上次在“锅贴大王”吃了他家的招牌锅贴， 1 刀一个，皮薄馅多，味道不错的。可女儿又嫌肉太多有些太腻，俺就只好肉里加点菜自己做菜肉锅贴喽。

这是卷心菜猪肉馅的。


这是青菜猪肉馅的。


这是向大妈猪学的西湖牛肉羹
牛肉末半磅，用蛋清一个，适量酱油，生粉，水，腌 30 分钟以上。
锅里烧开水，水烧热到微滾时，把腌好的牛肉放在水里快手搅散。把牛肉捞起装出一旁待用。另在锅里烧开鸡汤（盒装），汤开后放牛肉，等再开后下生粉勾芡。再打散两个蛋白加入汤里，调味出锅。
俺手生，搅拌手法还待练习。不过味道真好。
