海参鸡汤绿豆粥

日本海参品质优秀，涨发率高，所以我用它做的，比店里速冻的海参口感好多了，买现成的常常有碱味。

1 提前发好海参，我用开水保温发，24-48小时就可。





2 首先用鸡骨煲一锅鸡汤，我喜欢晚上用慢锅做。

3 用鸡汤做绿豆粥，快好时再下海参，胡罗卜丝等，装碗后放点葱花口感更好。





从小就爱喝粥，不过来温哥华后，受香港饮食文化影响，这粥不再是白粥了，而是加上各种材料了，爱吃啥就加啥就是了。
