ok..2 lb ground pork. 1 tbl cornstarch, 3/4 ts baking soda dissolve with half cup water. put soy sauce, suger, white pepper, salt. put all the ingredient into the mixer bowl, use the flat peddle. let it blend for 5 muintues. use the middle high. (if you see it's getting too dry..add a bit more water)then you will see the ground pork come together..at last put about 1 tbl sesame oil and blend for another 1 min. I made this meat ball for the time for the 肉完粥 (cantonese style)
