试验报告－－用干面条做豆角焖面

以前发过一个焖面的帖子，ld和我都很喜欢吃，但是自己做面条太麻烦，ld忍着不说想吃，昨天试着用买来的干面条做，很成功，很好吃。题目起的吓人，其实很简单。 先看看做好的： 做法： 1.准备好干面，蒜末，bacon和豆角 2.锅中不放油，下bacon小火煸炒，待bacon肥油出的差不多了关火，捞出bacon，油留锅中 3。豆角放入锅中煸炒，中途放入蒜末，豆角六成熟放入bacon炒匀 4.取一碗，放入酱油，糖，水，调成汁，浇入锅中煮开，舀出锅中一半汁液 5.与4同时，在另一个火上烧开水，干面下入烫软后即刻用笊篱捞出，控水后放入剩一半汁液的锅中，盖盖焖 6。注意观察，锅中汁液快干时将舀出来的一半汁液均匀的洒在面上，继续加盖焖 7.锅中汁液快干时，面也熟了，开盖，把面和菜拌匀，关火，开吃！ 前两天蒸了包子和糖三角



包子是西葫芦肉末炒熟后做的馅，很香，糖三角是红糖加面粉拌匀做馅。 这个是ld做的三文鱼，煎的。 谢谢！
