Home made yogourt is very simple. i make all the time by myself.
1. boil milk with sugar
2. cool down until a little warm
3. add one cup of yogourt (buy from stores) as the culture, stir evenly
4. dispense to each containers
5. leave at room temperature overnight or longer until gelling. time depends on how much milk and culture used. usually, i boil about 2 liter milk at one time
after the first time, leave one container home make yogourt as culture.
