急问：关于车祸和保险，谢谢了！
今天晚上被一个drunk driver 撞了，100%是对方的错（drunk driver, 逆行，撞车逃跑）。车受损比较严重。我的保险是liability 的，当时忘了问警察对方有没有保险。如果对方没有保险的话，我该怎么办呢？修车和上医院检查的费用怎么解决呢？我应该找律师吗？
非常需要大家的建议，天涯先谢过各位了！
