发发发， 香香香， 面包机版咸烧饼

面团:
1. 中筋面粉(All purpose flour) 2 杯，自发粉(Self_rising flour)1杯 (或用3杯中筋面粉, 1/2茶匙(tsp)盐, 2茶匙泡打粉Baking powder)。
2：温水1.5杯，糖1大匙，酵母粉(yeast) 2茶匙.

葱油酥: 素油3大匙烧热， 下葱花3大匙炒香, 加面粉2大匙炒允， 冷却待用。

做法：
温水，糖，酵母粉搅拌均匀，静置10分钟。这个过程叫Prove, 意思是试试酵母粉有没有失效。温水和糖则有助发酵。

温水，糖，酵母粉搅拌均匀...	静置...	发了...
表面上泡沫越来越多...	越来越多...	发好了!

酵母粉新鲜的话，可以发到这个样子:

酵母混合液倒入面包机...

加面粉, 用Dough Cycle揉面发面...

面包机会加温，所以面发得很好.

做饼： 面杆开， 摸葱油酥，象迭被子一样迭好， 沾上芝麻， 用手压压紧。

放平底锅， 用文火烘烤:

翻面烘烤至熟。

成品：

带去Party， 一抢而空。
