印度的curry dish和中国的炖的菜很象啊

A friend of mine(Indian) introduced me to the best Indian restaurant in town 10 years ago. I've been going back again and again. If you take away the yoghurt from Northern Indian dishs or the coconut cream from the Southern Indian dishes, I swear you get some really genuine Chinese meat dishes. My favorite is lamb in
