There are two different Indian Cuisines. The Northern and the Southern style. the northern style is related with muslin style of cooking. and the southern style is the foundation of vegetarian dishes.

With the cross section of muslin cooking, Hindu vegetarian and the wide spread of Indian immigrants, Indian cooking is the most popular style of cooking in this world.

Every day there are more people are eating with their hands than chopsticks, In case if you do not know.

Chinese cooking in northern and western regions are all related with Indian cooking. The origination of some of your favorite dishes are originated in India. One perfect example is BBQ Lamb on a stick, that is also called shishkabu with pita bread.
