
將蕃茄挖空
在鍋內先用奶油將小磨菇粒+香料炒過
再將炒好的小磨菇放入蕃茄內並灑上起司絲
最後將雞蛋(蛋黃不刺破)打在最上層 放入烤箱時可在蛋上鋪層鋁薄紙 這樣蛋黃會比漂亮
.....不小心把蛋黃刺破 不然應該會比較美觀
