There are professional wok burner
of high BTU (15000 and up). It may require pipe for fresh air intaking and powereful hood not only for smoke but also for quickly dissipating heated air outside the room. Otherwise the kitchen will simply melt down. It is a pity that none of Chinese ever use these high-end stuff.
