这样的铸铁锅能用吗?

托一朋友回国带的铁锅, 看起来质量比较差, 锅内呈灰色, 关键是内表很不光滑, 有些坑坑凹凹的, 不太敢用啊. 怕会掉铁渣什么的.... 也没有说明书, 不知道怎么保养?
