昨天在amazon买到便宜电器的朋友请进

我差了今天的价格，已经调高了，但是好像account里面还是收了昨天的超低的价格，而且连那点钱也refund了，这样不是等于免费了吗？怎么回事啊？有人知道吗？谢谢！
