Sorry I can't type Chinese. I don't have much problem with Man2 Tou2, but HUGE problems with Bao1 Zi3. I use the same dough. I use rice cooker to steam them. I always wait until the water starts boiling before putting them in. I also tried to wait for a few minutes to open the lid. Nothing seems to help my Bao1 Zi3 :( Is it because of the fillings, or the rice cooker? Thanks a million for all your help.....
