为什么我做什么面食都是死面一团

前几天我的葱油饼成了干巴巴的死面一张，今天我的油馍尖压根儿就没泡起来，炸出来死面团一根。我用了热水和成烫面，好象压根儿就没见着效果。我想可能我大概不适合做面食。
