one penn station on 34th St.7th ave, I am not sure about the fare, you can check the price on NJ transit website, they just raise the fare. If you are going there off peak time, buy round trip ticket can save money. It was $5 from Newark Pann to NYC Penn round trip off peak time. To the airport should be about same or little higher.
