馅:150克韭菜,12个虾仁,3个大鸡蛋,1汤匙香油,1/8茶匙(1克)盐炒鸡蛋,1/8茶匙(1克)盐炒虾仁,1/4+1/8茶匙(3克)盐拌韭菜,1/2茶匙(2克)白胡椒粉
