认真做饭的一天，中午日式，晚上中式

自从开始玩视频天天忙的饭都没时间做，今天停下来，好好做一天饭

先去逛超市，日本店、中国店一起。

日本店必买的生鱼片

 

去中国店一定要买的活鱼，超市的鱼缸里的black bass 没几条了，最大的就这条一磅大。

有院子里的蔬菜，有朋友下午送来的院子里现摘的橙子，完美！
