分享蒸鱼的一些小技巧 （视频+文字）

分享蒸鱼的技巧和经验，可能是你知道的，也可能有你不知道的。

• 鱼身开刀，是开侧面呢还是背上呢（厚的开背，容易熟还不会蒸烂）
• 姜葱料酒汁腌鱼去腥
• 筷子搭架，悬空蒸鱼，这样鱼蒸得均匀而且不会泡在水里
• 上蒸汽的锅里大火蒸10-15分钟
• 倒去蒸盘里的水
• 去除蒸鱼用的姜葱，浇酱油或蒸鱼豉油，铺放新鲜葱丝（椒丝）
• 撒上热油，完美~~
