【私房蛋糕系列】 圣诞蛋糕

来个应景的，圣诞蛋糕！

Ingredients

• 50g raisins or sultanas , 50g citrus peels
• 200ml medium or sweet sherry  
• 150ml vegetable oil
• 3 eggs
• 140g plain flour
• 100g ground almond
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 100g  caster sugar
• bake in preheated oven 180c for 35 minutes.
