I also checked out the possible issues with it

There's a drip tray that needs to be depleted every day if use steaming function, and there're condensation problems so it needs to be wiped out after usage everyday.  Otherwise the water cumulated inside will cause erosion. There's a drain water function, and descale the water occasionally with citric acid.

Anyway, cleaning up oftenly, it should last longer. Water can be erosive, especially heavy water.
