简午餐:1割些韮菜,2锅加热放由后放入有机鸡蛋2只,3在鸡蛋上略点生抽,4搅碎,5加上洗净切好的韮菜略炒一分钟,6放入剩饭烧一分钟,7用锅铲压扁饭团,8翻炒两分钟,9装盘。前后不到十分钟,蛋白质纤维素俱全,盐份来自生抽,淡口味。
