前两天煎了几块羊排。

煎的十分熟，用小火加锅盖焖了一下，软嫩香酥还不错。

选的是法产Limousin地区的羊排，肥瘦相间，配上孜然和辣椒粉，略微撒上少许松露盐，感觉有些低调的奢华。
