枇杷季节

朋友家种了枇杷树，几年就果子多地吃不了，喊我们去摘。真实喊对了人，瞧。。。

酸甜的枇杷实在美味，模样也可爱

 

鲜果吃了一肚，剩下的制成枇杷膏，更叫绝！

果子洗净，用淡盐水浸泡10分钟

去核去头

用白糖腌一下，冰糖更好。3500克果子加1000克糖

出水后加橙皮上火熬制

熬呀熬，颜色逐渐加深，直至呈琥珀色。约4小时

放凉一些，只要不烫手就可以了。加500克蜂蜜，搅拌均匀，装瓶。

很有吃的欲望吧？不要打碎，果肉的感觉很好噢！

因为糖含量很高，一次不能多吃。我选了小一点的瓶子，吃起来方便。
