甜沫儿——健康好吃暖心又暖胃的甜沫儿

甜沫儿是济南非常有名的小吃。是由豫北的豆沫儿演变而来的。甜沫儿并不是甜的，一点儿糖也没有。那么为什么叫甜沫儿呢？我比较相信的是这种说法。最早不叫甜沫儿，是叫“添沫儿
”。它的名字跟做法有关系，不停地往里面添上沫儿不就是添沫儿了嘛。甜沫儿里种类多样，有小米面、菠菜、豆腐皮儿、豆干儿、花生米、粉丝等，加上调味儿的白胡椒粉和盐，还真煮出了丝丝甘甜，煮出了营养。非常健康好吃又暖胃~~想不想知道怎么做的呀？看看视频吧。喜欢的话请订阅我的频道哦。

原料：
小米面：200g
粉丝：37g
老豆腐（或者豆腐干）120g
豆腐皮儿（或叫千张）：100g
花生米：100g
菠菜：100g
姜末：3g
葱碎：6g
白胡椒粉：3g
盐12g
油：10g
水：2600ml（用来煮甜沫儿）+400ml（用来搅拌干的小米面）
