请教做面食的一个小问题

我用的是毛毛妈的馒头食谱用料:

1：中筋面粉（All purpose flour）2杯（160 x 2 克），白糖2大匙，泡打粉（Baking Powder）1/2茶匙，快速发酵粉(fast rising yeast) 1.5茶匙。
2：牛奶3/4杯（180克）。

 

 

如果我想做2倍的分量，是不是所有的用料都2倍就可以了？
