  • Salmon (Fresh)
  • Sardines
  • Scallops
  • Shad (American)
  • Shrimp
  • Sole (Pacific)

  • Whiting

Moderate mercury: From 0.09 to 0.29 parts per million

Eat six servings or less per month:

  • Bass (Striped, Black)
  • Carp
