大红大绿的耶诞晚餐

耶诞前夜请公公婆婆来晚餐，跟老公小朋友合力完成了大红大绿的几个应景菜肴。

小豬蓋被花環

小豬蓋被（pigs in a blanket）超級容易，一盒crescent dinner rolls, 一袋 cocktail-sized smoked link sausages, 卷起来就好，摆成花圈，烤箱375度烤12分钟。 最后用烤红椒做一个蝴蝶结。

pita饼耶诞树

用酪梨泥加盐巴和青柠汁做的涂料，烤红椒丝做的装饰，树干是pretzel棍子，正好可以用手拿着方便吃。

香肠炒雪豆


毛豆枸杞

简简单单盐巴和胡椒。

沙拉

asparagus, cherry tomatoes, hearts of palm and roasted red pepper，用青柠汁、薄荷叶、红椒汁、盐巴胡椒，随便拌一拌就成了。

火腿

买来的，小小一只也没吃完。

婆婆还不知道Grinch是何方神圣，家里有小朋友的都有读过Dr. Seuss吧？

底座是brownie，加奶油，不过有点太软，建议用icing比较好。
