Some people always show wrapping up meats to grill. You can do that occasionally, but should not be too often. And, when you do that, it is better to keep minimum contact or keep the top side open. Al has no resistance to salt, and it is the least corrosion resistant when salt, moisture and vinegar are all around. It gets corroded so fast and all aluminum oxide goes into the meats.
Al foil should not used too frequent!!!
