Sunday Breakfast，---Burrito(卷饼）～

每周只跟老公共享一次早餐或者早午餐，所以我都换着花样做. 其他时间的早上都是各做各的：）. 除了考虑美味及合口味，热量也是考虑的另一方面.

卷饼做法：

洋葱，圆红椒，切丁，锅里放油，炒软，放盐和黑胡椒粉.

鸡蛋打散，煎熟，剁碎. 

牛油果切丁, 烟熏三文鱼切丁.

以上所有原料拌匀，调味, 同墨西哥饼一起卷好即可.

再给自己打杯覆盆子奶昔.
