kam ja tang
hi, i had a hard time finding proper recipes for this dish. i ate it once years ago, but don't remember much about it(i don't eat much pork these days). my mom-in-law said that the soup base takes many hours to make, using large pork rib joints(with bits of meat attached); plenty of onions, carrots, ginger, garlic, scallion, potatos; korean bean paste, and herbs and spices(this is apparently where the real secret is). the goal is to coverup the smell of pork that some people find unpleasant. when serving, add chili powder and any suitable gren vegetables. i hope this is somehow helpful. my knowledge of this dish is too limited.
