紫薯山药糕-貌似浪漫多姿又健康哦！

节日的季节又快到了！

给大家添个节庆、假日、情人节、纪念日都适宜、简单又健康的小甜点-紫薯山药糕！

简单：把两种食物蒸熟压花模就好。
健康：两种食才都是对身体最好的！
 
 
简单做法：紫薯洗净切半 、山药去皮切段，分别蒸熟。
各放到一个大碗中，紫薯去皮用压泥工具压成泥状，再加一汤勺蜂蜜拌均增加粘性；山药加适量的白糖也压成泥状，因在北美买的山药水份大些，可成泥后在微波炉里一分钟一分钟的时段转几次，看能成团就好。
 
下面就简单了，把紫薯泥和山药泥按自己的压花模具大小，分别槎成小圆球，放进模具中，倒扣压出糕就好！
 
 
这会儿可做个桂花糖汁：1/3杯清水，半杯糖加热，滚开后小火熬15分钟左右，视糖汁稍粘稠后，关火前加1茶勺干桂花拌均。
还有个简单糖汁儿做法：利用家里现有的糖浆，1/4杯水烧开，加1茶勺干桂花拌开，关火后加有机糖浆调成稍黏状就好。
 
 
吃时浇在紫薯山药糕上！如不喜欢糖浆的话，也可篩些免潮粉状白糖，不是很甜，但看到上去高雅又漂亮。
 
 
贴心小提示：成品最好在压花糕时就选定上桌的糕点盘子，建议安人单用小盘上糕。
