田园时光：我的私房制作潮州卤水鸭

 

       潮州卤水鸭，我看到很多人用老抽来上色，不知道最早的潮州人是不是这样做的。我这里的口味是在多伦多一家著名的粥铺可以尝到的。 用的是糖色，我特别喜欢，与大家分享我个人的做法 ，仅是真的很好吃，不确定是不是正宗。
