How did you make the sides of the Mango 慕斯蛋糕 so smooth

Your Mango 慕斯蛋糕 is so delicious.  I am almost successful.  Thank you for your recipe. The only issue is when I take out the cake from the pan the sides of the cake will be stuck and become messy.  How did you make the sides so smmoth?  Thanks.
