映日荷花别样红(有音乐）

几日前，闲的无聊做了荷花酥，虽然有点小难，但当成品真真实实的摆到眼前时，那种喜悦满足的心情油然而生。

材料：

外皮（水油面）：应较软才行

              面粉：    2 杯

              油：        1/2 杯

              冷水：    1/2 杯 稍稍多点

 

内皮（油面）： 比外皮硬点

             面粉：     1 杯多点

             油：          1/3 杯

 

做法：

1） 将外皮内皮分别揉好，稍微醒一下

2） 外皮分成两份，一份原色，另一份加少许食用红色

3） 将两种颜色的外皮分别下成8个等量剂子（也就是说双色共16个剂子）

4） 将内皮下成16个等量剂子

5） 外皮包住内皮，压扁，擀成长条，卷起，再压扁，擀成长条，如此重复二次后擀成圆形(8个红色，8个原色）

6） 将原色的外皮放在红色的外皮上，包入事先准备好的馅料（如各类豆馅，or 芋泥，紫薯泥等）

7） 收口后，在包好的圆饼上方划米字

8） 入五六成热的油锅稍炸即可。（最后成品8朵荷花）
