Blueberry Muffin
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup plain yogourt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup blueberries

2 tbsp hot water
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1, 烤箱预热375华氏度,

6, muffin盘中放好纸杯, 装3/4杯满, 一共12个,
7, 放入烤箱烤 15-20分钟.
