就奇怪他自己胖瘦管别人什么事，一定要扯别人的名字进去。。。

I've been ignoring him for a long time, thinking that his incoherent,self-contradictory ramblings were just a craving for some attention and recognition. He has anointed himself the resident health guru of this forum and has advice aplenty for one and all. The thing is, he doesn't practice what he preaches and contradicts himself from posting to posting. I find this type of posturing and grandstanding unseemly, undignified and unbecoming.
