炸楤芽

面糊里少少放点鸡蛋，一百八十度油炸。




 

楤芽是楤树的芽，代表春天来临的一种早春菜肴。楤(song三声)有很多别名，叫虎阳刺，刺树椿,早春时节用它炸着吃，增加一点春节的气氛。炸好后，撒点盐吃，就非常好。
