爆竹声中一岁除

爆竹做法 ：里脊肉切4公分长，一公分粗条状，以少许料酒/胡椒粉/太白粉稍腌。用培根卷一条肉（约两圈），以牙签固定。将肉卷放进温油里泡至定形，转中火炸至酥脆，捞起滤干油，取出牙签。用红萝卜细丝作引火线，将肉卷两旁排成爆竹状。
由于培根本身已有咸味，无需任何调味料/蘸料就非常的香酥入味。

配料 ：花菜，迷你卷心菜，草菇一起放进滚水稍烫至断生，捞起滤干。两大匙油烧热，放进花菜/迷你卷心菜/草菇，加少许盐/鱼露快速翻炒片刻即可。
