田园时光：豉油鸡

       豉油鸡，做法有很多，主要是根据你的厨具特点来定。我家刚好有一个大汤锅，用它来做豉油鸡很适合。

      前面部分，入滚水再放冷水的步骤，目的是，去血水和让鸡皮更有弹性。中间，加了些油来做卤汁，好处是可以炒香葱姜，还可

让鸡肉更油亮有光泽。最后，刷蜂蜜是为增加风味并让外皮更好看。

              卤汁很够味，鸡肉非常嫩，冷吃，味道更好。

      纯属个人经验，仅供参考。
